Abstract
This proposal examines the employment training of high school students enrolled at a Northern California high school in three Special Day Classes for students with severe disabilities, including: physical, cognitive and developmental disabilities. The project explores the history of employment for students with disabilities, creates a business plan and student run business that is site based while linking the skill training to the individualized curriculum.
