Abstract
Music is an essential component of the Kindergarten classroom. Many teachers do not have the resources, training or materials to successfully address all the CA music standards on their own. As teachers are seldom held accountable for music instruction and training is costly and time consuming materials that are accessible and free are needed. This project will create an organized grade level appropriate online resource to help teachers cover music standards. Teachers can then help students have a positive experience with music and develop tools and strategies for future educational experiences.
